Free shipping: All orders above Rs. 1,500 ship free. Orders below Rs. 1,500 have a flat shipping fee of Rs. 79.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 7 days from delivery date.

Condition: Cap must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

Return shipping: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Returns are completely free.

Refund timeline: Once we receive the returned cap, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Cap Care Instructions

Washing: Hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent. Do not machine wash.

Drying: Air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on embroidery.

Storage: Store on a flat surface or cap rack. Avoid crushing or folding.
